As of the 50th high school reunion, Marvin was retired from Weyerhaeuser after 32 years. He and his wife, Barbara, have 3 children (daughters in Tacoma and Portland, son in Houston, TX), and 5 grandchildren (2 in Tacoma, WA and 3 in Houston, TX). Marvin's hobbies include gardening, reading, travel, and winemaking. They spend time each year in Texas with their son and family. They also have a cabin on the North Fork (Little North Santiam River) east of Salem and spend time there monthly. (2008) |
