: Vaughn (Chapman), Pat : Rocke Warren February 10, 2013, 12:39:48 PM Patricia Chapman, 72, of Dorena died Jan. 8, 2013.
She was born March 30, 1940 in Culp Creek to William and Thelma (Plueard) Vaughn. On Dec. 27, 1960, she and Richard Chapman were married. She served in the U.S. Army and was a homemaker. Patricia was an active member of the VFW and Masonic Lodge, and she loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was a great cook and loved to share her ability with everyone. She was a member of the Women?s Auxiliary and Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, two daughters, Lori Adeniji and husband, Shola, of Eugene and Sebrena Cargill of Portland, two sons, Lyle Chapman and wife, Lori, of Cottage Grove and Rick Chapman of Cottage Grove, a sister, Millie Jones and husband, Dale, of Creswell, a brother, Mike Vaughn and wife, Linda, of Dorena, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A funeral was held Jan. 12 at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel with burial at Sears Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, Cottage Grove. |
